These terms govern your use of the Fluff & Co. website, bookings and shop.
By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update the site and these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
A booking request is not confirmed until we reply to you. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or reschedule.
Prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on your pet’s size, coat and condition, and we will confirm it with you before we begin. Payment is due at pickup unless we agree otherwise.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee.
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or behaviour concerns. We may decline or stop a service if we believe it is unsafe for your pet or our team.
We take great care of every pet. To the extent allowed by law, Fluff & Co. is not liable for indirect or unforeseen loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Fluff & Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without our permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of your region. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that region.
